Glimmerglass Festival
2019 marked my ninth summer at the Glimmerglass Festival. I started here as a staff member of the Stage Operations crew for two seasons, moved to the Assistant Stage Operations Manager for three seasons, and spent four season as Assistant Technical Director - Rigging Operations.
We operate in a true rotating rep format, meaning we perform a different show every day and two different sows on Saturdays.
This is a time-lapse video of the changeovers for the 2012 season, to give you an idea of the scale at which we're working; all changeovers have a two hour time-limit created by the necessity of having both matinee and evening performances on Saturdays.

Atlantic Stage 2 (Sept 2014 - December 2015) Technical Director
This space is primarily used for an acting school. We had scenic materials budgets of $500-1000.
Our timeline was a week of build, three days of tech with notes time in the mornings, four performances, and four hours for strike.
During the build I was both the TD and the Carpenter for the majority, there were approximately ten acting students that came in for lab hours in the evenings of varying skill levels; during this time they assisted on the carpentry/audio/lighting teams to learn about the various production departments.
